Terms and Conditions for Rapha
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all donations made via the Rapha aid organization's website www.rapha-senegal.com. By making a donation, the donor accepts these GTC.
2. Donations
(1) Donations may be made in the form of one-off or regular payments.
(2) The donor has the opportunity to choose the amount of the donation himself.
(3) Donations will be used for the aid organization’s projects and activities described on the website.
3. Conclusion of contract
(1) By completing the donation form and submitting the donation, the donor makes a binding offer.
(2) The contract is concluded when the aid organisation accepts the donation and sends the donor a confirmation of receipt of the donation.
4. Terms of payment
(1) The donation can be made using the payment methods indicated on the website (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
(2) The donor undertakes to provide the payment information truthfully and completely.
5. Right of withdrawal
(1) Donations are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are voluntary contributions.
(2) Should the donor nevertheless wish to withdraw within 14 days of the donation, he or she can do so in writing to rapha.senegal@gmail.com. In this case, the aid organization will check whether a refund is possible.
6. Data Protection
(1) The protection of the donor's personal data is important to us. The collection, processing and use of data is carried out in accordance with our data protection declaration, which can be viewed on the website.
(2) The donor agrees to the processing of his data in the context of the donation.
7. Liability
(1) The aid organisation shall only be liable for damages resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
(2) The aid organization is only liable for minor negligence if essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are violated. In this case, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
(1) The aid organization reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
(2) Changes will be announced to the donor in good time on the website. The changes are deemed to be accepted if the donor does not object in writing within 14 days of notification.
9. Final provisions
(1) Swiss law applies.
(2) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
